On 18th and 19th May, the 4th rake in favour of the European Leukodystrophy Association took place at the Real Colegio PP Agustinos Filipinos in Valladolid. This rake takes place every two years with various activities that appeal to all participants. Throughout the weekend, a multitude of activities were planned, , such as the workshop of the El Duque Fencing Club in Medina del Campo.

Another highlight on Saturday was the performance by the group from the Municipal School of Music of Valladolid, Mariano de las Heras, with a magnificent demonstration of paso-doble, a real gift for all those who filled the Royal College’s classroom. The Fox Dance School brought the students up to speed by giving a bachata class. On Sunday, a demonstration of detector dogs by the army teams on the sports field of the Royal College gave everyone the opportunity to discover the incredible value of the animals and the dedication of their trainers.
The day ended with the Valladolid Dance School Festival.

A heartfelt thank you to the organisers, Javier and Pepa, and to all the staff and families who were able to come together to help put this disease on the map.
